2. Which size should I buy?

All ears are different. It is impossible to predict the size of an ear canal by the appearance of the outer ear, or by a person’s physical size, age or gender. Over a year testing among customers and friends (and two independent laboratories in both Finland and the US) show that the three sizes of Happy Ears earplugs fit almost 100% of ear canals. The majority fits the medium size.

Small earplugs:
Fits small ear canals.
20% of our users wear small.

Medium earplugs:
Fits the majority.
60% of our users wear medium.

Large earplugs:
Fits large ear canals.
20% of our users wear large.

If you use in-ear headphones they correlate to Happy Ears earplugs sizes. For example S in earbud size equals S in Happy Ears.

3. How long will it take to deliver my order to Scandinavia/US/Europe/Rest of the world?

Average delivery time for Happy Ears are 7 working days for Scandinavian countries 7-14 working days for Europe and US, and 10-14 working days for rest of the world.

4. How can i return my Happy Ears?

If the package is un-open you can send it to following address.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Happy Ears AB is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


If the package has been opened, unfortunately we do not take returns of open packages due to hygiene reasons.

5. I bought the wrong size. Can i exchange the product?

If you have not received the shipping confirmation please send an email right away to info@happyears.co and we will try to fix it if your order is not already shipped. If not you will have to wait for your order and return it back to us un-open to changed it to preferred size or model. Unfortunately we do not take returns of open packages due to hygiene reasons.

6. My Happy Ears casing came broken/incomplete order. What should i do?

Please send in a mail to info@happyears.co and we will help you right away.

7. I wrote my address/name wrong in the order. What should i do?

If you have not received the shipping confirmation please send in a mail right away to info@happyears.co and we will try to fix it if your order is not already shipped.

8. I need to do changes to my order. Can i do that?

9. I'm allergic to certain ingredients. Is Happy Ears tested for allergy?

All materials are allergic tested and our factory in Sweden is ISO 9001:2008 certified and Only FDA approved materials have been used.

10. Can I use Happy Ears during sleep?

They are very comfortable. The shaft can be adjusted when you sleep on the side.

11. What is Happy Ears made of?

The core is made out of a FDA approved ABS, and the outer part is made of FDA approved thermoplastic elastomer (medically approved material).
